Public bug reported:

Linux budgie 4.10.0-22-generic #24-Ubuntu SMP Mon May 22 17:43:20 UTC
2017 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

I turned on Night Light and the screen turned a yellowish tint. A little while
later, I turned around and the screen was white as can be. It seems that for
some reason it turned itself off. This is far from the first time this has
happened. It is 10:42PM EST, so there should be no positive change in blue
light...

Thanks,
Shawn
