VLC overrides budgie-panel

Bug description:
Using Ubuntu Budgie 20.04 daily build, everything is updated.
When I open VLC, budgie-panel indicators vanishes. As seen in
"after.png" file attached. All running dots and decorations from the
running apps shown in budgie-panel are gone.
