Public bug reported:

Ubuntu budgie 20.04 fully updated.
When using 2 monitors, the following bugs were observed recently:
- When an application is displayed on the "side" screen (Which is not the main
display - which can be chosen from the Displays menu), it has some weird
behaviors:
  - Can not switch the application to another workspace using mouse drag or
"ctrl + shift + alt + arrow", the applications on the main display work as usual
  - The application on the side screen is always being displayed on the screen
even I switch to another workspace that does not have it inside

** Affects: ubuntubudgie
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
