Gmail requires TLS, to use STARTTLS and SMTP authentication on ports 465 or 587. I have installed and configured Anubis, but when I try running it from my email application, I have been modifying the Anubis system configuration file and I have been getting a "Permission denied" or "Input/output error" messages. I have also run using Kmail and am getting the following errors: "The server did not a accept sender address.". Server response is : "5.7.0 Authentication required", when connecting to gmail's mail server on port 587. "Server did not accept the connection", when connecting to gmail's mail server on port 465. What could be causing these errors ? Am I configuring Anubis system or user configuration files wrong ? Attached are my system and user config files. Thank you in advance. - Melinda
