I tagged and pushed APLwrap 2.2 today. This is the same code that has
been on the repository since October 19th. I've only bumped the version
number and added a summary of changes (attached).

- Support explicit creation of a new file editor, rather than having
  to go through export followed by import.

- Remove export commands.

- Add --shortcuts command-line option.
