[Bug-apl] socket functions added to FILE_IO

Hi,

I have added socket functions (*socket(),* *bind()*, *listen()*, ...) to 
the *FILE_IO* native function.

*SVN 536*. See *testcases/File_IO.tc* for examples of how to use them.
