Yes. I got it running on Android a year ago, but I haven't worked on it
since.

Apart from running the language itself, there is a simple user interface as
well as a custom keyboard with APL symbol support. This keyboard works with
any application.

I'll be happy to help anyone get it running in case they want to contribute
to development.
