[Bug-apl] wslib5 APLComponentFiles minor spelling error in CF_README.txt

Hi bug-apl,

In wslib5/APLComponentFiles/CF_README.txt has a reference to a function called CF_DISCONNECT which does not exist. The function in the library that disconnects appears to be called CF_DBDISCONNECT .
