[Bug-apl] general APL related chat/mailing list?

Hi everyone,

It seems what there is a quite a traffic in this mailing list. The 
question is not directly related to the topic, but I'll try anyway.

My question is more generic is where some APL-related chat like 
#haskell, #lisp etc on freenode (#apl seems rather empty) where we 
(specially noobies who would like to learn a language) could hang out 
asking questions and helping each other? Or maybe we can inject some 
life into the existing #apl channel?

If the traffic seems to be too low, maybe where is a APL-related mailing 
list, where APLers (or wannabies) could ask questions?
