The SQL warnings should now only occur if SQL support is
explicitly
requested in ./configure.
The sbrk() warning was somewhat more tricky because the
warning is bogus.
I hope my work-around is working for you.
Elias, this caused a small change in apl-sqlite.cc, please
sync back.

I looked into the configure script wrt sqlite3 and PostgreSQL because
make keeps giving a warning about PostgreSQL with or without specifying
