thanks, hopefully fixed in SVN 808.
The SQL warnings should now only occur if SQL support is
explicitly
requested in ./configure.
The sbrk() warning was somewhat more tricky because the
warning is bogus.
I hope my work-around is working for you.
Elias, this caused a small change in apl-sqlite.cc, please
sync back.
