to me it very much looks like the FILE_IO workspace (or whatever ⎕FIO wrapper
you are using) was not loaded.
Check with )FNS before calling FIO∆pipefrom.
Could it also be that you accidently )LOADed one of your helper workspaces
(on top-level or below) rather than )COPYing it?
