)LOAD dumped WS had a name clash - intermittend

Hi,

I have a function E (as simple as in test below)   in my workspace (WS 
size 2.9MB).

)DUMP and
)loading it produces an error:

     )LOAD ........
DUMPED 2023-09-28  19:44:54 (GMT+2)
VALENCE ERROR
      ⎕CT←1 E-13
          ^  ^

)ERASE E
∇E .... ∇  ⍝ recreate ist
)DUMP
)LOAD ...
