I created svn-hub.com and https://github.com/blakemcbride/svn-hub .  The
two goals of it are:

1. Use Subversion instead of GIT. (see
https://blakemcbride.us/essays/SubversionVsGit.pdf)

2. Give meaningful statistics to the repo owner.

It isn't being used yet but I am happy to be host and responsive to
feedback if there is interest.
