If you don't have your Emacs set up for mail, you can at least
_prepare_ the report in that manner, and then copy&paste into your
mail program.
Such reports are mostly useless without the exact versions of AUCTeX,
XEmacs, the compilation/port and the underlying operating system
versions. The bug report commands make sure that all this is
included.
