I also encourage you to insert a pointer from AUCTeX's info documentation to the set of functions and variables that are closely related to built-in styles. I would have expected such a reference in the info node for (info "(auctex)Completion") or (info "(auctex)Multifile"). You may want to extend (info "(auctex)Style Files") to comprise the description of built-in styles. Anyway, this reflects only my opinion, I only want to suggest some amendment on where references and documentation could go (after is has been written:^).
