Does it help if you start Emacs from the Windows prompt with emacs -Q ? In that case maybe you can isolate a problematic statement in your .emacs file for reproducing the error. Other than that the only advice I can give is to run Emacs under gdb, produce a backtrace after the crash and send it to emacs-pretest-bug at gnu.org.
