Remember to cover the basics, that is, what you expected to happen and
what in fact did happen.
Be sure to consult the FAQ section in the manual before submitting
a bug report. If the bug (or problem) is triggered by a specific
(La)TeX file, you should try to produce a minimal sample file
showing the problem and include it in your report.
Your bug report will be posted to the AUCTeX bug reporting list.

I load a beamer LaTeX file for editting, and then C-c C-n to parse the
file and hence load the beamer specific auctex code. Then, all but the
auctex toolbar disappear! The toolbar in a LaTeX mode buffer looks
just fine, but, for example, in the Mail mode buffer, it is blank.
With TeX-auto-save and TeX-parse-self both t, the auto/tmp.el file
contains

and the same happens on loading tmp.tex (i.e., without the C-c
C-n). If I remove the beamer entries from the above, then there is no
