Oh, I take a rope when climbing. A few weeks ago, in Finale Ligure, probably the most daring things I did in a week of climbing was doing a few routes "clean", not using preexisting drilled bolts but replying on placing one's own material into cracks and other features in order to fix the rope (through carabinerpairs) to them.
