Installation steps:
1. install the latest version'' MacTex.pkg'' in /Applications
2. install Emacs-24.2.dmg in /Applications
3. install Auctex-11.86
first, go to the Auctex directory, configure with the command:
./configure --with-emacs=/Applications/Emacs.app/Contents/MacOS/Emacs
--with-lispdir=/Applications/Emacs.app/Contents/Resources/site-lisp
--with-texmf-dir=/usr/local/texlive/texmf-local
second, execute: make; sudo make install
4. install ghostscript-9.06: First try: ./configure; make ; sudo make
install Second try: make; sudo make install
That's all!
I don't know the reason for my wrong preview. If some nice guys know,

I think you need auctex build from cvs-sources.
Btw. what are the plans for a new release of auctex?
