It's known SyncTeX changed this syntax over time, we have some comments about it in `TeX-synctex-output-page'. Maybe your Okular version is so old that doesn't cater for the change of syntax. Okular 0.23.2 here. Anyway, I'm closing this issue, AUCTeX isn't involved at all since you have the same problem when running Okular from the command line.
