Thanks for reporting those problems.  Test 3 failed due to a bug
in the Autoconf test suite; you can ignore that failure safely.
Test 130 failed, I think, because GNU Fortran wasn't installed
correctly on your host; I wouldn't worry about that unless you
use Fortran.
