Hello, I have just adviced a project to use var=`"$srcdir/cmd" "prm"`
instead of var="`"$srcdir/cmd" "prm"`" The manual states that some shells misinterpret the latter, in http://www.gnu.org/software/autoconf/manual/html_node/Shell-Substitutions.html Does anyone here know which shells contain this bug? Are they extinct these days or is it Solaris? Thanks Stepan
