Follow-up Comment #2, sr #109513 (project autoconf):
Status update: I plan to put out a second beta release as soon as I can get
the core testsuite to a point where I'm happy with it on Solaris and NetBSD,
and also do something about #110286 and #110294. This should hopefully happen
early next week.
