I don't recommend using blanks in filenames. But sadly, that's pretty common
on Windows. My Java installation is named "C:\Program Files\Eclipse
Adoptium\jdk-21.0.4.7-hotspot". The macro ax_jni_include_dir will break this
up into components, generating include definitions like:
CPPFLAGS = -D_REENTRANT -D_THREAD_SAFE -IC:/msys64-2024/usr/include
-I/c/Program -IFiles/Eclipse -IAdoptium/jdk-21.0.4.7-hotspot/include
-I/c/Program -IFiles/Eclipse -IAdoptium/jdk-21.0.4.7-hotspot/include/win32
Platform: MSYS_NT-10.0-22631
autoconf (GNU Autoconf) 2.72
