Well, if you don't want them only conditionally, then just don't use the
conditionals. I added them only because you had them and I guessed that
you needed them for some reason.
Oh. The WPA meant "whole-program analysis" so it wasn't really a
"different" program being built, just a different way of building it.
Bad example on my part. Anyway, all is wonderful and good.
