Yes, but that seems inappropriate for a GNU project to do. AIUI, 'gnu'
is there to help GNU projects ensure that they adhere to GNU guidelines,
which I strive to do. Resorting to 'foreign' feels like a kludge. I'll
do it when I have to, but in the meantime using alternate content for
ABOUT-NLS is preferable to me.
