The GraphicsMagick test suite passes with this patch. I do see one
test failure with the Automake test suite
FAIL: silent5.test
but this test may have been failing prior to the patch.

* lib/am/check.am [%?PARALLEL_TESTS%] (check-TESTS): Pass
sanitized TEST_LOGS value as makefile snippet on standard
input to $(MAKE), to avoid exceeding the command line limit on
w32 (MSYS).
