typo in bashbug.sh of bash-4.3

Hi,
For bash-4.3 in the bashbug.sh script there seems to be a typo on line 65.

             echo "$USAGE" >& 2
Notice the extra space after &. I have seen it over many years in earlier
versions of the script too.
