Bash Version: 5.2
Patch Level: 21
Release Status: release

Description:
        There is a bug that doesn't let accept variables in brace expansions.
Ex: {0..$foo}
        Please add the ability to add variables to brace expansions.

Repeat-By:
        foo=3
        for x in {0..$foo}; do
        echo $x
        done
The output will be "{0..3}"
instead of the expected:
        0
        1
        2
        3

Fix:
        Allow brace expansions to accept variables.
