There's no space separator between time string and the history entry itself
Example:
```
[ilya@arch ~]$ HISTTIMEFORMAT="%s"
[ilya@arch ~]$ history
    1  1787733535HISTTIMEFORMAT="%s"
    2  1787733537history
```

Right now I have to include the trailing space manually with
`HISTTIMEFORMAT="%s "`
