Thanks for mentioning this. I was relying on <http://www.iro.umontreal.ca/translation/HTML/status.html> which says that one should get the official .po files from "maint/DOMAIN/LL.po". But I see now that, for example, <http://www.iro.umontreal.ca/translation/maint/bison/fr.po> is way out of date -- it's dated June 14 (and is the latest translation available in its directory). Bison should be using <http://www.iro.umontreal.ca/translation/teams/PO/fr/bison-2.1.fr.po> and <http://www.iro.umontreal.ca/translation/teams/PO/fr/bison-runtime-2.1.fr.po> (both dated September 21). > Perhaps the TP needs a new CGI script to return a list of available > PO files for a given release (or the latest one) of a given domain, > for the purpose of wgetting them like bison does? I could write a script like that, but it's easier for me if the translation project would fix things to match its documentation. I have a sneaking suspicion that the Translation Project update procedure got broken when bison-runtime was introduced. I see that, for example, Gawk's translations are still being updated, as <http://www.iro.umontreal.ca/translation/maint/gawk/ga.po> is dated September 26. Also, perhaps someone should review all the maint/DOMAIN/LL.po and teams/PO/LL/DOMAIN-VERSION.po files, and see whether there are any other discrepancies like this one.
