I’m the German translator for Bison. Two weeks ago, I got a new translation to do for Bison 2.3. Imagine my surprise when I looked at the file and found a line reading ‘Project-Id-Version: bison 1.875d’ and another ‘PO-Revision-Date: 2005-01-04’.
