Yes, that was reported by Tom recently
(https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-bison/2019-09/msg00017.html,

https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-bison/2019-10/msg00036.html). I have
not taken the time to follow closely the details, I was focusing on the other
issues at hand.
His report is about stock 3.4.2 :(
