May I recommend also Redmine? Redmine is a multi-feature tool, that has a nice simple bugtracker, but also a nice SVN viewer (which you can use to link bugfix commits to bugs) and some other things (wiki, file repository, roadmap, etc). Each module can easily be turned off, though.
