Hi,

The "-P" option, which means "don't run process section" from the
source codes, missed from cfagent's manual.

Found that because I'd like to run cfengine at bootup just before other
third-parties and special programs running, at that time I'd like
cfengine to suppress "shellcommands" and "processes" sections. The "-s"
for "don't run shellcommands section" is listed in cfagent manual, while
"-P" didn't.

Found it when attempting to patch the cfagent, pretty lucky.

Thanks.
