Where would you want to have case insensitivity?  If you're thinking
of pathname generation from wildcards, that's handled by the shell,
not ls.  This might be what you want:
$ ls [Tt][Ee][Ss][Tt]*
Check the documentation for your shell to see what other globbing
features it has.
