Ah, I knew I'm missing something.  Ok, I wanted to change the
priority of a running process.  Following strace, I tried nice -p
with no luck.  My further insvestigations in "man nice" and
"info coreutils nice" didn't give any hint to "renice", so I
requested.  A first step is to add a line to those pages about
it, though I still prefer if nice do it itself.
