I don't know wheter other systems do some symlinks tricks to achieve the
expected behaveour, but at least on Debian issuing:
info mv
will give me the _manpage_ of mv, since there is no texinfo mv manual.
The following however does work.
info coreutils mv
So I suggest this patch here:

In case this is some setup or configuration issue I'd be glad to be
pointed into the right direction so I can suggest a fix for Debian's
"info" setup.
