Hello,

The `info coreutils mkfifo' node is quite spartan and
does not provide an indepth discussion on the nature
of named pipes. That's allright, but there should be
pointers to the places where this information is provided.
`info libc "FIFO Special Files"' should be mentioned.

The same applies to the mkfifo(1) man page. It'd be
nice if it mentioned the mkfifo(3) and fifo(4) man pages.

If for some reason that can't be done, I think a nicer
explanation about the fact that processes will block
when writing/reading to a single end of a fifo until
some other process reads/writes to the other end would
be appropriate, especially for newcomer fifo users.
