I just did a test on my system. This problem surfaces on all but a
handful of the Unicode locales. en_US.utf8, sv_SE.utf8 and every other
western locale seems to be affected.

I'm using Fedora Core 5, BTW.

Should this be reported to glibc, the translation teams or what?
