Hi, When running mkdir with -m and -p options, the specified mode is not honored for parent directories. This is consistent with the documentation, but it strikes me as a bit bogus. Is there a reason for this behavior? It is easy to work around but the existing behavior seems less useful than honoring the mode for parents.
