I took the liberty of updating the Coreutils main web page <http://www.gnu.org/software/coreutils/> to use the current GNU project boilerplate. This required changing it from HTML 2.0 to XHTML 1.0 Strict so the changes were fairly pervasive. But it does look fancier now; I guess that's progress.
