This looks like the output of some other command that you executed before
gpg; gpg is not part of coreutils.  You may find more luck on the gpg
list.  That said...

You aren't quoting these properly.  When you want to group items separated
by whitespace as a single argument, you must use quoting in the shell.

> [EMAIL PROTECTED]:/home/thomas# gpg --send-key 1024D/0F750568

Too much information.  A gpg key is as simple as the 8-character id after
the fingerprint.  Try this instead:
gpg --send-key 0f750568
