Follow-up Comment #1, bug #21459 (project coreutils):
I agree. The switch from no to nb was done in 2003. The gettext
users were informed about it in January 2004. That's more than
3.5 years ago.
But you should first have the TP remove the 'no' translations,
before the coreutils maintainers take action.
