Sorry for the noise, I just used grep -r to find stuff like 

/usr/include/asm-generic/statfs.h:      __u32 f_files;
/usr/include/asm-generic/statfs.h:      __u64 f_files;
/usr/include/asm-generic/statfs.h:      __u64 f_files;

on Linux and thought this means unsigned.
