It's awkward for file names to use shell quote
It’s awkward for word regex to use right quote
Itʼs best to use apostrophe modifier (\u02BC)

But U+02BC MODIFIER LETTER APOSTROPHE is not the right character for “Groovin’” in English, as that word ends in a punctuation apostrophe, not a letter. If this happens to be awkward for regular expressions,we should extend the regular-expression syntax to make it less awkward.
