bug#25417: tail error report

Hi,

I'm seeing the following error message from tail running on Microsoft Windows 
Subsystem for Linux.

tail: unrecognised file system type 0x53464846 for 'log.log'. please report 
this to bug-coreutils@gnu.org. reverting to polling
