That was Info dd. man dd says
       status=LEVEL
              The  LEVEL  of information to print to stderr; 'none' suppresses
              everything but error messages,  'noxfer'  suppresses  the  final
              transfer  statistics, 'progress' shows periodic transfer statis-
              tics

And when you think about it, the

0+0 records in
0+0 records out

sure look like part of something called final transfer statistics...
