this bug is relative to the mageia7 distribution: cpio-2.13-1.mga7.x86_64 prevents systems which are lvm2 partitions encrypted (i.e. if the partitions of the system as /boot, /root, /home,... are lv's of a vg) to normally shutdown: the shutdown never successfully achieved and ends by a kernel panic; this doesn't affect the system installed on physical hdd's partitions
