Which "list of bugs"? If you're referring to stuff on www.cyclic.com,
be aware that with the transition from the original Cyclic to SourceGear
(and now to OpenAvenue), those pages have not been maintained for quite
a while, now.

1.10 was released in Aug. 1998. The main reason for not having a stable
release since has been the above-mentioned transitions. There are lots
of reasons for interim releases -- some are bug fix releases, some are
experimental new feature releases. In the case of 1.10, the interim
releases have been almost all bug fixes and are almost all more stable
than the original 1.10 release. To be specific, I recommend 1.10.8 for
all users, without hesitation, over 1.10.
